Adenuga Boluwatife is a visionary lawyer, budding politician, social entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for education, human / gender rights and youth inclusion.

As the Founder of Rolly Mc Aden Foundation, she has pioneered innovative initiatives to reduce the number of out of school children in Nigeria, improve access to quality primary and secondary education, leadership and capacity building for teenagers, transforming the lives of over 2,000 young people.

A dedicated SDG Advocate, Tife champions Goals 4 (Quality Education), 5 (Gender Equality), and 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), among others, working tirelessly to promote inclusive, equitable, and sustainable development. With her expertise in law and social development, she also serves as a sought-after consultant, supporting organizations and governments to develop and implement effective social development strategies.

In addition to her impressive work, Boluwatife currently serves as Vice President, Alumni Association of the Legislative Mentorship Initiative (LMI), an initiative of Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila CFR and she is a proud Fellow of the LMI.

Her leadership skills were also showcased in Season One of "Nigeria House of Commons TV show," powered by Africana League where she served as Majority Leader of the 1st Assembly and Speaker of the 2nd Assembly, demonstrating her extensive knowledge of law, policy and civic engagement.

Through her work, Tife has earned recognition as a leading voice in the social impact space, inspiring a new generation of leaders to drive positive change.
