I have floated on the outskirts of the social finance space a couple of years and I have been scared to take the leap into this world, despite knowing its where my passion lies and my skill set could truly make a difference. But now I am fearless and ready to make the move. I am a bridger, a name coined by the Bridgespan Group for those of us who make the jump from for-profit to non-profit.
