I am a British twenty-four y/o who has only ever cooked things that can be wrapped in tortillas or put on toast. Armed with my new cookery books, equipment I can't even pronounce the names of and as many oils and vinegars as I can get my greasy hands on, I will be cooking by the book and trying to make my food look as pretty as theirs.
