I do all things journalistic. Have a dictaphone and I'm not afraid to use it. Social Media grafter with occasionally objectionable opinions. I have a passion for anything and everything technology related, mixing automotive engineering with consumer electronics and the engineers and designers behind them. If it means writing about the latest and greatest cars, technology and trends I'll do it. If it means interviewing engineers on the shop floor or the decision makers in the boardroom, I'll do it. If it means doing it to a deadline, I'll do it. And while I write many words for magazine and website, I have an unhealthy interest in video and radio care of a varied journalism degree. But just to be obnoxiously hypocritical I prefer my books to be of the paper and ink kind, rather than the electronic and digital.
In 2012 I was the Skoda Laurin and Klement design writer of the year, and in 2013 I was named the Cummins commercial vehicle writer of the year. A bit of diversity never hurt.
