A great culture is hard to create and even harder to maintain. Working with management and employees alike, I strive to create the best possible scenarios for people to thrive in an inspiring cultural environment. Since our teams are expected to change regularly as a valuable tool for process improvement, my newest project is to develop a change management strategy that makes the most of those improvements while working with employees to become leaders and initiators of change.

When I am not at the office, I can be found trying to convince my son that soccer is the only sport that exists in the world. I always remind myself that I will never regret spending more time with him or my wife. I enjoy woodworking even though I am not very good at it, and I am always looking for ways to reduce my impact on the environment. My personal life is no exception as I find ways to improve and better my company.
