We are an emergency trash-out and clean up service for foreclosed properties, estates, or abandoned apartments. We can be on-site in short notice in time for your upcoming showing!

We can typically be on-site for emergency cleanup the same day or next day. We are upfront with our fees. The average job runs $400-600. A large, complex clean up at most will run $1,200.
We are now serving Knox, Lincoln, Kennebec and Waldo Counties!
We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and business checks. No hand-written checks accepted.
