I am Shawn Clinton. I work as Sales Coordinator. My responsibilities includes; Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. And responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Although we do not have responsibility for selling, sales coordinators play an important part in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force.
