I would consider myself to be the ideal blend of the practical and the philosophical.

I currently teach youth and adults how to use digital media art technology to be creative through my company, The Creation Station CGLC.

I also teach African and African American World History, with a focus on the time BEFORE western chatell slavery, which makes for some pretty interesting presentations! My lecture series is called "Afro Perspectives".

I have recently been awarded a BMe Leadership Grant award in Detroit, with the goal of teaching about 20 students how to create a video game from concept to completion.

When I'm not teaching, I enjoy reading, writing and creating my own illustrations and animations.
