YOU ARE CROSSFIT!

It’s all about DISCIPLINE.

Day by day many people are getting stronger from the varied WODs (work-out of the day) they do.
It is a pull together of different trainings (Olympic weight lifting, Gymnastics, Calisthenics and even Yoga!) that aims to make you come out ROBUST. (Big shout – out to Coach Greg Glassman, the man behind CrossFit.)

AM I REALLY?

Crossfit is not your regular – routinely boring work – out! — It is dynamic!

Every work – out is a zest and all these will push you to do your best and finish strong! SELF - DISCIPLINE is the key. You maybe inspired, you may have all the motives and resources but this won’t last nor even prepare you for your WODs without it.

WORK HOLISTICALLY.

Thinking of drinking the kool – aid? Here are some few tips:

1. Feed your brain!

There is nothing wrong with harassing Google and squeezing out all the info you need! Multimedia database is at your fingertips, watch WODs, check – out websites, forums or better yet join an online community to ease your anxiety and curiosity.

2. Taper that knowledge.

Overwhelmed with all the stuff you’ve learned from the internet? Then scale it down to what fits you.

CrossFit is a proud sport! I bet you saw photos circulating around the web of people lifting tremendous weights, running mile after mile or even hanging on a bar trying to smile! With all these, identify your strengths and weaknesses, physical social and mental zeal and your orthodox diet and lifestyle in parallax.

3. Get Ready

Couch potato to highflier! This can’t be done overnight.

In a phased and timely manner, get MORE active! Begin to walk more, do easy get – up – from – bed stretches or simply finish more household chores. AGAIN, SELF – DISCIPLINE IS THE KEY COUPLED WITH PROGRESSIVE CONSISTENCY. Do not forget to record your progress. (read more.. thecrossfitkoolaid.com/cross-the…)

4. Be “home body”.

Master your body weight at home. Your body and your strong will is all you need!

Do push ups, squats, v- ups, etc. all relative to your body weight and physical capacities. Start with 3 to 5 reps per activity and increase as tolerated. (read more..thecrossfitkoolaid.com/get-cross… )

5. Get structured to CrossFit.
