I write cracking career documents that get people interviews for the jobs they really want. I'm the Founder and Principal of CV Saviour, a job seekers marketing service. Whiie I might be Australian-based, I work with clients all around the world.

CV Saviour was established in London in 1997, after I initially struggled to crack the UK employment market, despite being armed with 10 years' Australian work experience in medical and health-related fields, & two top-notch qualifications.

I was lucky, and found work, but it had been a soul-destroying experience getting there.

As part of a pro bono program with a later employer, I began helping other newcomers to the job market, mature-age graduates, the unemployed, retrenched and those returning to work after absences, so they could benefit from my experience and what I'd learned.

I also got some expert training that fine-tuned my career coaching and résumé writing skills.

After years of marketing professional services, partnerships and executives for US, UK, and Australian organisations while I ran CV Saviour on a pro bono basis, a client (who had a life-changing outcome as a result of a career move I orchestrated), asked me why I didn't offer my service on a wider scale, and if I was so passionate about this, why wasn't I doing what I really wanted to do?

It was my big 'Aha!' moment.

In 2009, CV Saviour became my full-time focus.

Now I brand, reposition and market PEOPLE to assist them with their next career moves.

I create résumés that really do rise above the rest.
