Your go-to Healing Buddy, Africa Story Midwife, and Author
Hello! I’m Damilola Adeniji.
I’m deeply passionate about helping people heal, love wisely, and give voice to their untold stories.
With a heart rooted in ministry and a mind trained in trauma care (Certified Trauma-Informed Coach), I help individuals, especially women, singles, and faith-driven leaders, break emotional cycles, redefine love through healing, and turn their life lessons into legacy-worthy books.
I’m the founder of RAYZ Global, a nonprofit and ministry I started in 2020 to champion emotional healing, wholeness, and truth-based love. Through our school outreaches (Love Redefined), women’s initiatives (RAYZ-WIN), and healing-centered teachings, I walk alongside those navigating trauma, heartbreak, and relationship wounds.
Through my brand SeyzINKspires, I serve as a VIP Ghostwriter and Publishing Consultant, helping thought leaders, coaches, and everyday people birth powerful books without losing their voice, message, or story in the process.
I run a Sunday evening heart-stirring newsletter called Rejuvenate Letters, where I share faith-rooted truths, healing reflections, and storytelling insights that nourish both soul and strategy.
As the visionary behind RAYZ Global, I also lead Real Life Tuesday,a weekly healing experience that began in 2021 as a WhatsApp safe space and has now transitioned to Facebook in 2025. Every Tuesday, people from diverse walks of life send in anonymous questions around trauma, love, heartbreak, abuse, and healing, and receive real, compassionate, truth-based answers. This space has become a beacon of hope with powerful testimonies of lives transformed, relationships revived, and hearts restored.
When I’m not writing, teaching, or coaching, you’ll find me reading something rich, taking an evening walk, journaling, or spending precious time with loved ones.
My life’s mission is simple:
To be a safe space where healing begins, stories come alive, and voices once silenced find power again.
You can read my weekly rejuvenate letters on Substack.
