Darren Shaw

London, United Kingdom.

I started being interested in psychology aged around 5yrs old. A behavioural child psychologist used to give me stickers for good behaviour when I was naughty at school.

Later in life, I had a psychoanalyst, throughout secondary school which taught me that it's possible to know the self.. and that every behaviour has an intention of symbolic meaning attached.

I later got interested in starsigns and sunsigns, but felt it wasn't what I was looking for, so became interested in persuasion and influencing skills, i read tons of books and practiced everything i learnt out in the real world to see what worked for me, even went through a period of Bhuddism where I ate uncooked rice in an attempt to find enlightment!

I discovered Neuro-linguistic Programming(NLP) in 2001 by accident, later reading about Transactional Analysis, Law of Attraction philosophy and more.

In 2007 I certified as an NLP Practitioner and Coach, which led me to go on various courses and seminars to hone my knowledge and skills.

Come 2008, I began running workshops and groups, teaching people how to use the power of their own mind to attain states that were useful for them..

I'm now doing a BSc in Psychology, which I enjoy immensely
