My name is Melissa Blevins AKA “The Dedicated Agent”. I love connecting with people to talk about all things real estate, DIY, design, and decor. You can find me working out at the gym everyday, and I’ve been known to sport chalk paint on my fingers from refinishing furniture in my spare time. I have an incredible husband, three kiddos, and two dogs….and a partridge in a pear tree! Haha…seriously though…I stay busy! And I LOVE every minute of it!

If you were to go to Zillow and read my reviews, you’d see that the common praise that my clients gave is my ability to individualize service and treat each client as if he or she is the only person I’m working with. I will give my all just to see the sparkle in your eyes on the day you get the keys to your new home. As a kid, I didn’t have much growing up. Our blended family of nine lived in a small trailer park in the Texas panhandle. So every time I sit at the closing table, I get a little emotional inside! I know firsthand how it feels throwing your money away at rent. I know what it’s like to share a bedroom with three other girls. At one point we had bunkbeds in the living room while I was in high school.

As an adult, I’ve bought and sold homes. I’ve been a landlord (not by choice but by necessity). My point is, I know your struggles. I lived your struggles and can relate to so much! I can’t wait to meet you and learn all about you!
