Andy Voice

I'm a pastry chef and baker for a highly respectable independent boarding school, Reed's school, cobham and I work for Sodexo. I spend my days making and baking anything and everything.

I also spend my evenings baking cakes for friends and family. l bake, so others can enjoy it. To see someone happy with what I create is the biggest reward.

This year its gone from being a job to being a career and i have achieved so much. I won gold, best in class and best in show at our company yearly competition, I have had the honour of cooking for The Queen, Princes Phillip, Tim Henman and Andy Murray. And to top it all, I have studied at l'notre in paris, where many go to learn from the best and also see the amazing factory that produce patisserie for a lot of high end establishments.
