Our team is composed of:

• Steve Fant, Team Leader, Realtor: With 30 years prior in the home construction industry, he has the experience to lead the team to success. Steve has knowledge and experience in every aspect of real estate from new homes, to listings, to short sales, to buying and even foreclosures. Also, through his networking efforts he knows people to help in every stage of your real estate transaction - including movers, plumbers, lenders, inspectors, and more.
• Lisa Fant, Listings and Admin, Realtor: Lisa works on the administrative and listing side. She has a degree in interior design form Virginia Tech and puts that to good use while staging homes to sell. Lisa works on all sides of the transaction and knows the contract inside and out.
• Debbie Bisconti, Finances and Office Management: Debbie is not a realtor, but her experience in banking and on Wall Street provide the team with great financial and organizational resources. She works as our Office Manager and on the realty management side of the team.
• Sarah Jane Hugar, Buyer's Agent, Realtor: Sarah Jane has experience at our corporate office in Austin, Texas back in the beginning days of Keller Williams. She sold luxury homes in Texas and we're glad she made the move to Virginia to bring her expertise to our area.
• Cassandra Bisconti, Buyer's Agent, Marketing Coordinator, Realtor: She graduated from JMU in 2011 with a degree in Psychology. With her knowledge of the human psyche, she can really delve into the needs of a buyer or seller and achieve an empathetic understanding with our clients. Also being young, she is great with Social Media and therefore heads our Marketing efforts.
