I’m Farah Khan, a Manchester-based legal professional with more than five years of experience across civil litigation, credit hire and personal injury claims.

My experience covers both pre-litigation and post-litigation case management, including assessing liability and quantum, drafting particulars of claim and defences, preparing court documents, managing procedural deadlines, liaising with courts and instructing counsel. I have handled matters from initial instruction through to settlement or final hearing, developing a practical understanding of the litigation process and the importance of clear, persuasive legal communication.

Credit hire litigation has been a central part of my professional background. I have dealt with complex disputes involving liability, need, rate, enforceability, impecuniosity and mitigation, while maintaining close communication with clients, insurers, solicitors, experts and barristers.

Alongside my litigation experience, I hold an LLB in Law and have a strong interest in human rights, access to justice and the way the law affects individuals and communities. I am particularly motivated by work that requires careful analysis, empathy, sound judgement and effective advocacy.

Based in Manchester, I am continuing to develop my legal career while building professional connections with people and organisations working across litigation, human rights and access to justice.
