Known as the The Flour Child at Cornell University, I have fallen in love with the art of cuisine. My style of cooking is creative, innovative, and delicious with a flavor portfolio that keeps fans excited. The moments when we enjoy our meals and especially our desserts are the best moments of our life. I want to reinvigorate this passion in others to remember those who are not as fortunate.

My bakery gives back to the local community as well as charitable organizations that are fighting for powerful causes. I donate baked goods to school bakesales and fundraising events. Proceeds have gone directly to life-changing charities such as Gilda's NYC, The Supply, Charity: Water, The Children’s Tumor Foundation, and American Cancer Society. For me, the drive is to transform as many lives through feeding people with treats. I prepare orders for anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, celebrations, etc. I also teach private cooking and baking lessons to those who want to dive into a more challenging culinary adventure.

I attended Hospitality & Culinary courses at Cornell University in New York. I've taught countless cooking classes, assisted in launching several startups. I have shared awareness for several causes through MassChallenge and as of this month, I was part of a team that won IBM Nationals.
My first job (ever) was back in high school at an ice cream shop. I was serendipitously serenaded into the food world. I began my journey there and haven't looked back since. My dream is to one day open up my own bakery shop & cafe.

As for now, I am simulatenously following my passion for the culinary world as well as the life of an academic.
