This blog contains my ramblings and views on Football Manager. They will focus on my unique way of leading a football team and also on my own way of scouting, buying and selling players. I love to discover young talents which i can form and mould into players that perform the best in my playing style. I always aim to get the best out of my players and myself and i therefore make decissions that are the best for the club/team. My motto is:
