Tiffani Todd

What happens when a first born marries a last born? You get crazy.loud.happy.love. That’s us!

The Last Born (that’s Him! foot loose and fancy free), spends his days at our business (here on out referred to as ‘The Shop’) refinishing and repairing some of the most beautiful pieces of furniture that you ever did see, up and down the mid-Atlantic Coast. When he can, Mr. Fox brews a mean batch of coffee infused Belgian style ale!

The first born (that’s Me! rule and schedule oriented), is an Artist.

That’s not how I make a living. Yet. But that other stuff that I do for a paycheck is just a job, not who I am or what defines me. When the occasion arises I am fortunate enough to help The Shop and restore original artwork on furniture that has been destroyed due to fire, flood and age. It truly is a blessing to see the joy on the faces of our customers when they receive their restored heirlooms!

In addition to painting I enjoy crafting, cooking and writing. I simply hope to inspire just one of you to toss the ‘job’ title aside (don’t quit!) and identify yourself as the person that you truly feel you are deep down inside: mother. wife. partner. artist. chef. admin. creator. writer. nurse etc. When somebody asks you what you do, how do you answer them? What do you identify yourself with? Do you answer with the title of your day to day paycheck job or with that of your passion? Are they the same? If so what a lucky Fox you are!

Over the years I have been encouraged by wonderful men and women in my life to write and create a blog. A blog that lays my soul open to the world of the fears and failures that I have as a Mother. An Artist. A Wife. A Designer. A Homemaker. After all, if I have those fears, how could I be so selfish as to think that I am the only one with those fears? They believed in me and I believe in you.

Love,

~Foxes~
