I have a green thumb and creative mind that keeps me up at nights. I am blessed with a great husband who keeps me grounded when I need it and who sometimes has to help me figure out how to create what I dream.

I have 2 sons-one served in the Marines and another one still in high school. They are my pride and joy; and our house is never dull with them and the 2 dogs and 3 cats running in and out.

I love to revive discarded and dying plants and to create gardens which seem to go against the gardening rules. I love being surrounded by beautiful flowers and green plants. I have always helped neighbors, friends, and strangers with their gardens and their homes. Gardening is more about passion than knowledge and I hope to inspire anyone who I meet or reads my blogs to take a chance and 'go for it'.
