Feranmi O. Farombi is a Policy and Project Manager, Historian, Facilitator and Youth Development Advocate committed to helping people, systems and ideas grow. Passionate about sustainable development and scalable impact, he has dedicated himself to raising a new generation of leaders who will transform Africa with vision, integrity, and purpose. As the Executive Director of Grow Africa, he leads a grassroots leadership movement that is equipping and inspiring young Africans to take responsibility, maximize their potential and design innovative solutions to pressing societal challenges.
As an experienced facilitator, Feranmi has engaged in programs, conferences and conversations that cut across leadership, policy, youth empowerment and social development. He approaches every engagement with a strong belief that leadership is not a title but service, and that true impact is measured by the ability to multiply growth in others. Through his thoughtful approach to program design, policy conversations and capacity development, he has become a voice among young leaders committed to long-term transformation.
Academically, Feranmi recently completed his Master’s degree at Osun State University with a PhD Distinction, a reflection of his commitment to academic rigor and intellectual depth. With a background in History and Policy, his scholarship is not only about understanding the past but about applying lessons to shape a more sustainable and equitable future. His blend of academic insight and practical leadership experience distinguishes him as a scholar-practitioner one who bridges the gap between knowledge and action.
Beyond his leadership and academic pursuits, Feranmi is currently building The GF Consulting, a platform designed to provide strategic consulting, project management, and leadership support to individuals, organizations and initiatives seeking sustainable growth. Through this, he extends his lifelong passion for nurturing people, strengthening system and scaling ideas that have the potential to transform societies.
Guided by his life principle from Proverbs 22:29 “If any man be found faithful in his work, he will stand before kings and not before mere men”,Feranmi lives with a deep sense of responsibility, faith and service. His vision remains steadfast: to build a generation of leaders who are grounded in character, driven by purpose and capable of shaping an Africa that stands tall in the community of nations.
