Crystal Cobalt

Crystal is a remote professional worker with expertise in marketing, therapeutic services, business writing (including email and chat services), content creation, curriculum design, and staffing services, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training. Her skills also encompass virtual reception, scheduling, and client coordination.

She holds a B.A. in English with a focus on Teaching from Auburn University. Crystal has extensive teaching experience, from grades 6th-12th in public and private schools to college instruction in English, writing, ethics, and professional development courses.

Crystal has worked for many Fortune 500 companies including Apple and Dell in the call centers at the corporate campuses in Austin, TX.

Crystal's entrepreneurial and independent spirit led her venturing into starting her own successful and highly reviewed online business in 2014 focusing on virtual assistance for independent clients and small local businesses. This included talent requisition, social media marketing specializing in business writing, corporate training, branding, and office coordinator.

She become a sales strategist and social media marketing trainer, also representing Dallas-based supplement company Le-vel (Thrive) In affiliate marketing quickly leading a large team and becoming a high value sales producer.

For six years, Crystal excelled in remote work environments, including online teaching and serving as a virtual receptionist and client coordinator for a prominent therapist group most notably.

She acquired teaching certification in Florida returning to full-time classroom teaching in 2019 not knowing the looming 2020 pandemic on the horizon would change everything and become the most challenging time in her career. She is proud to have pandemic teacher on her resume because it weathered her to deal with unexpected hardships in creative and positive ways both professionally and personally. The last 3 years equipped her with expertise in handling high-stress situations in high risk environments, as well as learning many new educational technologies quickly.

In 2022, she was the recipient of the Award of Distinction in Teaching by the Board of Education.

Crystal is ready for a new chapter outside of the classroom and is seeking a permanent work from home remote position with an ethical company that respects and recognizes her experience, many transferable skills, and offers a competitive fair compensation package reflecting that.
