Started out as an apprentice 'Tiffy' (Instrument Artificer) at ICI on Teesside. Got into Further Education as a Lecturer, enjoyed it a lot. Got to the top, enjoyed it less, and took redundancy and became self employed. I have run my own business for the last 14 years and am enjoying life again. My company is Third Sector Coaching Ltd (www.3sc.org.uk) and I work with charities and social enterprises in the East Midlands, supporting their growth and sustainability.
