Team ICEN

Non Profit Organization in United Arab Emirates

Back my campaign

Most multilateral institutions were designed for a century that no longer exists. Their structures are indexed to a past world, while the center of economic and demographic gravity has shifted.

The International Council for Emerging Nations (ICEN) is a non-state, non-partisan, and non-aligned institution founded on the conviction that the nations driving this shift deserve an institution of their own. We serve as a convening force for emerging nations, their leaders, and the builders shaping them.

Our mission is to translate today’s demographic and cultural momentum into durable institutions, policy frameworks, and alliances. We do not seek to be a counter-bloc; we seek to ensure that global governance becomes a conversation among equals.

Our Core Pillars:

Sovereignty & Pluralism: Respecting the unique trajectories of rising nations.

Durable Frameworks: Equipping architects of the 21st century with the networks and capital to lead.

Action over Posture: Our work is done in rooms, not on stages. We value consequence over visibility.

ICEN is deliberately modest in size and uncompromising in rigor. We operate across a global network with presences in Geneva, New Delhi, Nairobi, and São Paulo, focusing on 12 strategic pillars that define the future of the rising world.

Join the Council:

Membership is selective and conducted by application or nomination only. We invite those committed to long-horizon thinking and quiet excellence to join us in co-authoring the next chapter of global history.
