The mission of The Jim Project is to provide mentorship and training in the hospitality industry from how to interview, customer service to craft bartending for young ladies as an alternative to the current state of living in Liberia.

Vision: To set young women up for success in a rewarding career that can help them provide for their families and more importantly, for themselves.

Organization Goals:

To train young ladies 16 to 21 in the world of hospitality

To train ladies 21 to 25 in the world for bartending, craft bartending and bar culture

To mentor this ladies and support them in reaching their goals of being independent individuals that can proudly support themselves and their families

To successfully secure these ladies with jobs in the hospitality field.
