Katie Hart
Born and raised in a small, south GA town, I have always dreamed of living in a city like Athens. In high school, I played tennis and soccer, along with running cross country. All of these sports exceeded in numerous ways as a team, even though we were constantly underestimated by Atlanta schools. I was in Student Council, where I served as the senior class president and against my will gave a speech at graduation in front of a terrifying 5,000 people. Being apart of Senior Beta, National Honor Society, and National Hispanic Honor Society, my plate was always full, but I would never go back and change anything. My past has made me who I am today. Now, in the Class City, I feel like a very small fish in a very, very large pond, but I love stepping up to the challenge every day and I am looking forward to the next 4 (or more) years.
