They are skilled in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python and JavaScript, and are familiar with development tools such as Git and IDEs like Visual Studio Code. They also have knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies which is widely used in software development industry.

In addition to their technical skills, developers also need to be able to work well in teams, communicate effectively with other members of the development team and non-technical stakeholders, and be able to solve problems and troubleshoot issues.
