The Leap

Hey there! We’re The Leap. We’ve been providing high-quality gap year travel programs to “leapers” from many different countries, and sending them to exotic and fascinating locations around the world for over a decade now. We currently operate in 12 different countries and have an awesome team of 17 staff members located across 5 different continents.

We want our gap year travellers to have the best and safest experience as possible and we diligently and consistently work hard on creating out-of-this-world travel programs for our leapers. Every aspect of each program we offer has been carefully planned and we are supported by friendly and experienced staff that can be found on location for the duration of each program. They are locals who know and understand the areas well and we love being able to provide this unique type of on-site assistance our gap year travellers as it provides them and their parents with a sense of security knowing that we are not leaving them alone to fend for themselves in foreign places.

We not only want our leapers to be safe, but we also want them to have fun and gain valuable experience through our dynamic programs. The Leap is the only gap year travel program that offers placements which combine excursions to multiple locations and volunteering placement opportunities, all being accomplished in just one trip. Our travellers challenge their minds and bodies while seeing the world and making a difference along the way. We’ve sent over 2,400 leapers overseas, so we’re quite confident that we are definitely doing something right! Who would have thought that a kitchen-table idea would have turned into such an adventurous success?
