I am who I am. What I show to public is who I really am. The way I think, the way I process information define me. For instance, I want to be successful in life. To achieve my goal, I have to study hard. It's my way of thinking; therefore, we can conclude that I'm a type of person who is full of determination. By this, we can say that I am what I think. Another, the way I analyze and perceive things define who I am. For instance, my strategies define how I will achieve my goal and reach success. The factors like genetic influences and environment affect the way I express my thoughts and feelings. They are the reason why I am who I am today.

Being a college student is not easy. Until now, I'm not sure if the course I'm taking is really for me. I'm not sure if being an entrepreneur is what I want to be. I'm still confused with that. Another is, I find it difficult to express myself. I can relate this to Eric Erickson's Psychosocial Stage. The Identity VS Role Confusion. According to this, Adolescence is faced with deciding who or what they want to be and those who fail to define their identity, tend to become confused. As a teenager, I become confuse because I fail to distinguish what I really want in life. Being unsure of my desires will make me insecure and confuse about myself and the future. Therefore, to overcome this stage, I need a proper encouragement and reinforcement.

In terms of my learning style, I'm an auditory learner. I'm good at participating in group discussions. I learn best through hearing things. I find it difficult to understand certain things through reading. Watching videos, listening to discussions, talking matters over make me understand everything well. However, I get easily distracted by noise and I'm not good at reading passages and writing.

According to the theories, Personality develop through past experiences, genetic influence and environment. For instance, my past experiences are factors that affect my personality development. It includes those mistakes I've done in my life. And they made me stronger as I go through my journey. Through this, I have learned a lot of things that help my personality to develop. I learned to think positively and wisely. It helps me to build my confidence in everything I do. And lastly, I learned to get over my bad past experiences and don't let them ruin my entire life. Those factors are very helpful in building my personality.
