Roo is a Whippet living in Germany in NRW, that was born on December 13, 2012.
Roo wants to share his stories, information about Whippets, and other fun animal facts with you!
Julia helps Roo with his blog, because his paws do not work well with the keyboard. But he hopes that Apple will come out with a touch screen laptop soon, so that he work on the blog himself. But until then Julia will be helping him out!
Kenn, enjoys taking photographs of Roo for the blog. He worked for 13 years in film/television/commerical production and as an Art Director in advertising in New York City. So he is putting his skills to work in order to make an interesting blog for pet lovers everywhere!
HOW ROO GOT HIS NAME!
If you are familiar with Winnie the Pooh then you probably know who Tiger's best friend is. That would be Roo! Roo is a the young kangaroo in the series. The name Roo is appropriate, because Whippets love to jump and they can jump pretty high.
