Thelma Abrefi Boateng

Lawyer | Policy Consultant | Founder, Bristow Legal

I am a Ghanaian lawyer and policy consultant with experience spanning energy, mining, infrastructure, compliance, and international development. I have worked with international organizations such as the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, government institutions including Ghana’s Ministry of Food and Agriculture, and programMrs like the UK Green Cities, Infrastructure and Energy Programme (GCIEP).

I am the founder of Bristow Legal, a law firm structured to advise individuals, businesses (including startups) and public entities on corporate and commercial law, compliance, policy, family, real estate, green energy and mining.

Beyond law, I bring a creative edge to my work, blending my love for art with legal practice to foster innovation and fresh perspectives.

Outside of work, I enjoy travel, art, design, jazz, and sketching, often drawing inspiration from life around me. When I have some time, I draw portraits and create inspiration art for individuals and corporations.
