Thembela Dube

I am a student currently studying in the University of Johannesburg. I am striving to become one of the best teachers that will leave footprints of change in the education system. I believe in the power of technology and that the learners need more than just knowledge, they need 21st Century skills. My interests range from education to reading. I am also interested in innovation, technology, and music. I live by the motto that says, "Aspire to inspire before you expire".

As an ICT specialist, I have learned so many things throughout the years of being in the varsity whereby I am able to retrieve, store and delete data. I have the ability to help the schools when it comes to SASAMS and with the admin stuff. I have helped the teachers during my practicals with easy things such as troubleshooting. I do not just identify as a teacher of English and CAT but I am also beyond that whereby I can work in the school but not teach. This where i will be executing my skills I have learned which are to troubleshoot, manage data and information, do research, integrate basic ICT devices etc.
