Thembile Radebe

My name is Thembile Raymond Radebe. I am currently studying Bachelor of Education in the University of Johannesburg. This year is my third year, and my majors is Mathematic and Life Sciences. My hobbies are playing sports and games, and also watching movies and anime.

My philosophy of education is that, each learners is unique and deserves a stimulating learning environment where they can develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my goal to establish an environment that allows learners to reach their best potential. In a positive way, I'll create a safe space for learners to express themselves and take risks.

It's my responsibility to serve as a guide. Hands-on activities must be available to students. Incorporating technology into the academic day is necessary. I aim to bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and high expectations to the classroom each day. I will set high standards and high expectations by promoting growth mind-sets among my students. All my students must know that I expect them to try their hardest and strive for improvement every day.
