I am a twenty-something living in Brooklyn, NY, trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. I set up this blog to establish my personal brand and to stay educated on the ever-evolving world of marketing and communications.

I earned my BS in Communications from New York University and have built a professional foundation in magazine PR and non-profit fundraising. Along the way, I've developed skills in written and verbal communication, relationship and project management, public speaking, revenue forecasting and more.

In an effort to maintain and build on these skills, I am seeking to better establish myself on both a personal and professional level. Here, I will share my passions, interests and lessons learned. I will challenge myself on the nuances of media and communications. I will (hopefully) improve my presence on social media, particularly with Twitter and Pinterest. And perhaps most important of all, I hope to have fun along the way.
