Meg Graham

I am a twenty-four year old recent English and Women's Studies graduate of the University of Georgia. My research focus, as well as extracurricular involvement has focused on writing across various medium and how written communication can change how all people communicate. My passion lies in social justice, especially for women and disadvantaged groups.

Currently, I work with a Vendor Management company that works on-site with a large communications firm in the Atlanta area. I am enjoying working with a great team of dynamic professionals serving a fantastic client, while getting to learn more about communicating in the 'business world'. I primarily assist in getting potential contractors started on new temporary jobs with the client, which gives me a fantastic opportunity to help others find work in this tough economic climate.

I plan to pursue graduate studies in English in the coming years, and am currently looking to work with non-profit groups who can directly benefit from my skills. I am passionate about working with underserved and oppressed communities, and want to use my skills to uplift and empower others. My past work includes working with victims of sexual assault, and it is a cause near and dear to my heart, that united my academic interest in feminism with feminist activism.

I am very open to new opportunities and connections with other like-minded and passionate individuals. I have a wide variety of interests, but am confident that I will be able to pursue and intersect each of these interests during my lifetime.
