For me, social work is about redefining the social service experience for clients with meaning, purpose, and intent. This can be done though active listening, understanding power differentials, creative uses of technology, and honest social worker and client interactions.

Key accomplishments include presenting at the annual Arizona Homeless Conference, being nominated as a Young Nonprofit Professional Pay-It-Forward volunteer award recipient, and being featured in the National Association of Social Workers newsletter for my work in the community--all of which demonstrates my commitment to community, service, and research.
