Thenjiwe Mooka

I'm a true believer in education and personal development. My journey as a learner started when I became the top achiever at my secondary school in matric with a bachelor's pass, and that was when I knew that I actually love education.

I graduated for Bachelor of Social Sciences in Development Studies at North West University as my first qualification. In completion of my studies and graduation, I decided to study towards my second degree in Bachelor of Education for Senior and FET Phase, specializing in Information and Communications Tecnology (ICT) and Geography at the University of Johannesburg. I am currently studying towards the completion of my second qualification as a 3rd year student.

I believe I will prosper in terms of both my qualifications because l love what I studied and what I am studying currently. I believe that I am an ICT specialist because i am well versed and have acquired the necessary skills since my first year. I truly enjoy sharing my ICT skills and knowledge with those who requires its use and integration into their teaching and learning, and in their different spheres of life. ICT is a necessity, especially since technology is now the most essential driving force in the 21st century and how the world is now operating in the fourth industrial Revolution.

Apart from studying, I enjoy watching movies, shopping, travelling. I’m also interested in music and acting. I'd love to pursue my acting career should I get an opportunity. I love going out with friends and I enjoy bowling, swimming, dancing, karaoke nights, and fun games. I'm a hard worker and very enthusiastic about my academics and my main goal is to become the best that I can be and to change my own standard of living for the better through education, hard work and determination. I believe in myself and that I can and will achieve all my academic, career and personal goals.
