Kim Gray
My name is Kim Gray and I am a red wine loving, dog mad nutritionist who is passionate about helping people get their bodies and minds back into balance.
Using individually tailored Nutritional Therapy, behaviour change counselling, NLP or a combination of all three approaches I help people feel happier, healthier and more in control around food.
I spend much of my time writing and testing recipes, and I'm especially interested in adapting ingredients for those of us with allergies or intolerances. Being a vegetarian coeliac all of my recipes are gluten free and veggie, most are grain free, and I'm currently obsessed by making vegan cheeses!
I am passionate about good food, and I hope my blog will help people start on their journey towards a better relationship with it.
