Originally from Germany, Theo Bosdas is a senior real estate executive and Chief Operating Officer of CCRE Group, a Greece-based real estate group active across high-end residential, hospitality, land development, and structured investment transactions.

He holds a BSc in Business Administration and CIS from the American College of Greece (Deree) and has complemented his academic background with advanced studies and professional certifications in finance, negotiations, and leadership. His professional career began in 1998 and spans international real estate firms, consulting roles, and senior operational positions.

As COO of CCRE Group, Theo oversees sales operations, team performance, and strategic execution across Greece’s prime real estate markets, while supporting cross-border investors through the Group’s international presence, including New York. His leadership style combines operational discipline with strong people management, negotiation expertise, and a pragmatic, detail-oriented approach to complex transactions.

Beyond real estate, Theo maintains a strong interest in technology, AI-driven business models, and modern organizational culture, consistently focusing on scalable growth and long-term value creation.
