Amanda Callendar

My name is Amanda Lauren Callendar. Who am I? I'm a 2011 homeschool graduate. I plan to attend college (if it doesn't bore the crap out of me) and get a degree in Journalism. I have come to the conclusion that if I never marry and just write I'll be the happiest woman in Odessa, Tx. I'm a strong believer in the Torah and claim the Messianic religion as my own. Injustice hurts my soul. YHWH has sent me along with a select few to change Texas, so that we may further it for generations to come after us. I'm the publisher/owner of a local news Web site (and newspaper in the making) called The Odessa Observer. The site is a sister site to an already established paper run by Joey Dauben, The Ellis County Observer. The foundation for his long strand of papers spreading across Texas is the Freedom of The Press Group. This group stands up for our First Amendment rights and gives a voice to those stiffled by an injust law system and crooked government. I enjoy being controversial and blunt. Bluntness while speaking is a learned art form and I'm still learning. So you've heard about me. Who are YOU?
