"I believe in protecting the aspects that make the Key wonderful place to live and raise a family: safety, outdoor activities and efficient government. I also believe in enhancing upon those aspects by focusing on traffic enforcement on Crandon Boulevard, identifying additional funding sources for beach renourishment, and investing in technology to streamline government.

Born in California, I graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder and moved to Miami when a hotel ownership group recruited me away from Hilton Worldwide. Since having arrived on Key Biscayne, I have chaired the KB Yacht Club Marketing Committee, joined the Rotary Club of Key Biscayne, chaired the 4th of July Fundraising Committee, opened a donor advised fund at the KB Community Foundation, and frequently spoken at Chamber of Commerce events on social media. Best of all though, I met my wonderful wife, a lifelong resident of the Key."
