Theodore Spitaletto

Over the years, Ted Spitaletto has built an impressive resume of forecast reporting and analysis for telecommunication companies, consumer products, and medical technologies. A certified Administrator of IBM’s Cognos Finance, Mr. Spitaletto has experience with Oracle General Ledger system, SAP, Cognos PowerPlay, Oracle’s Hyperion Finance Management and Hyperion Enterprise, and Microsoft Excel, including its features Pivot Tables, VLookup, SumIf, and Edit. In his current position with the Andrew Corporation Division of CommScope, Inc., Theodore Spitaletto oversees the corporate financial needs of the department and regularly reports to company executives. Providing his employer with valuable information used in key decision-making, Mr. Spitaletto assists in profit and loss planning and other financial management. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and variance analysis, he additionally provides current information on depreciation and amortization. Mr. Spitaletto assumed his current position with CommScope, Inc. in 2008. Working for the telecomm company’s Andrew Corporation Division in Warren, New Jersey, he oversees its annual operational budget and planning process. In addition to presenting financial activity to executive management on a regular basis, Theodore Spitaletto also assists in incorporating new standards, maintaining employee numbers and payroll costs, and issuing reports on capital expenditures. Prior to this position, Mr. Spitaletto led a five-year stint providing financial analysis to Integra LifeSciences Corporation in a number of increasingly responsible roles. During his tenure, Theodore Spitaletto assisted in a number of initiatives to reduce company overhead cost, including the relocation of a manufacturing facility from France to Puerto Rico. Theodore Spitaletto completed a Master of Science in Finance at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kean University in Union, New Jersey. Prior to accepting his current position with CommScope, Mr. Spitaletto aided in the completion of a year-end audit for Toshiba America Consumer Products, LLC.
