Theophilus Mac Davies Jr , also called Coach Mac (Making A Change), is a young Life & Purpose Coach, a Certified Public Speaker, a Social Entrepreneur & Infopreneur, a Worship Leader, an Evangelist, and a Certified Global Pastoral Leadership Ambassador.

As a young man who believes in PURPOSEFUL LEADERSHIP and CONSISTENT GROWTH, Mac has left a significantly indelible mark on his community through volunteering initiatives such as Empowering young people through the knowledge of Purpose and Success Principles, among others.

He is also the Founder and Executive Director of The Light Global Institute, a Christ-centered organization that seeks to help young people between 16 and 25 discover, develop, and deploy their hidden potentials and raise Kingdom Influencers for Global, Cross-Cultural and Trans-generational Impacts, with Returning To Purpose Conference, Being the Best Campaign, and Personal Mentorship Program being three of its major programs which has impacted over hundreds of lives already in the past 2 years.

Mac is currently the President of the Liberian Community in Musanze, Rwanda, where he's serving diligently, innovatively, and reputably with other amazing leaders. He's also an awardee of the Leadership Excellence Award at Lead Global Tour Executive Masterclass and is currently a student of Entrepreneurship at INES Ruhengeri University, Rwanda, and a candidate for CPA studies (Certified Public Accountant).

He graduated from MOGi Global Leadership School Cohort 60 as the Cohort Leader with a Certificate in Business, Leadership & Impact, a certified BOLTS (Business, Office Administration, Leadership and Theology Specialist) from Faith Leads University in the US and a graduate of some recognized institutions around the world such as Young African Leadership Development Initiatives (YALDI), Tarwoe Global Consulting, Tussu Global Network, WOFBI Bible School, Successful Ministers Academy, and many among others, most especially in the field of Entrepreneurship, Purposeful Leadership, Business Studies, Public Speaking, Christian Counseling, Worship, Theology, etc.

Like his personal slogan, "Being a light in this dark generation", he has illuminated many of his peers around Africa and beyond by being a source of hope and motivation.

His belief in Purpose, Growth, Value, and Leverage has significantly influenced his teachings, actions, ethics, and strong personality, which earned him indelible respect among his peers and society.
