I want to make the telephone ring and the enquiries surge for small businesses so that they can grow and be successful! Sales and marketing is probably the biggest challenge that a small business owner needs to embrace but many just don't do it. The rapid changes happening right now with the internet and social media are just too overwhelming for many so I want to help them capitalise on the opportunity that is currently open to them.
