But the reality is that I am passionate about helping clients of all sizes and individuals of all levels maximise the experience they offer or receive when offering careers to employees or becoming and employee themselves. Sometimes people overcomplicate our industry when discussing big data or Articial intelligence etc and these will indeed be useful but I'm a strong believer that we can never take our eye off the true differentiator in life which is the quality of the people we employ, work with with, or associate with.
