Elayna Fernandez, The Positive MOM, is a bestselling author, award winning success guide for moms, international keynote speaker, and a key Latina influencer and storyteller through ThePositiveMOM.com. She lives with her loving husband and her three brilliant bilingual daughters (and home school students) in Fort Worth, Texas.

Elayna’s mission is to encourage, empower, and equip moms to have more influence at home, more impact in the world, and more income to make it happen. Elayna guides moms in their journey to create JOY, BALANCE, and SUCCESS on their own terms without the guilt, fear, and overwhelm.

Elayna knows adversity: growing up in extreme poverty in the Dominican Republic, surviving near death experiences, abuse, abduction, and becoming a single mom of two toddlers while being homeless, penniless , and clueless as to what to do in a foreign country (USA), away from supportive friends and family.

Elayna also knows what it’s like to feel stuck, alone, and afraid. She fought through feelings of shame, self-blame, and low self-worth and in 2005, she took a leap of faith and started a Web Design and Digital Marketing firm, becoming a single mom entrepreneur (she actually calls herself a momPRAYneur), so she could spend more time with her daughters and enjoy greater freedom, flexibility, and financial success in her life. Her efforts soon paid off and she became a success, trusted by thousands of entrepreneurs and some of the world’s most successful leaders. Her contributions led her to win the prestigious “Best Marketer” award in the State of Florida.

In 2009, inspired by her grandfather’s legacy, Elayna decided to pay it forward, focusing her efforts to help moms turn their “once upon a time” into their “happily ever after.” Elayna feels blessed to serve as a success guide and transformational mentor to moms worldwide.
