Jacki Harris

Teacher, Writer, and Public Speaker

For over 20 years Jacki has created beautiful renditions of people and their pets from photographs. She has since added to her repertoire gorgeous landscapes and original logos. She has branded entire events adding recognition to company and event names. Jacki is passionate about A.R.T. (Art Realization Technologies) in RVA and created their logo as well. Currently, she travels to senior facilities teaching art and works at a private school as visual arts instructor. She also started a venture called Corks and Color that helps raise money for various charities around town. Most notable works include a portrait dedicated to a former governor of Virginia, Tim Kaine; branding the annual Chocoholic event for a local charity and a large wall hanging in the United Way of Greater Richmond and Petersburg headquarters in downtown Richmond, VA. Frequently, partnering with "The Tipsy Sommelier (www.atasteofartrva.com), The Possibilities Artist conducts sophisticated Wine and Painting affairs with food and wine pairing education, tasting and multi-medium painting instruction utilizing watercolors and acrylic paint to create a masterpiece that participants may take home! Jacki will be hosting pencil drawing workshops at the public libraries around Chesterfield County. Jacki's philosophy as The Possibilities Artist is "If you don't believe in possibilities, there ARE none."
