John Kuntz

I am born and raised in Buffalo, NY. Determined and thorough, I work with part of a small team to support all computers, servers and printers on campus. I am the coordinator of the college’s helpdesk, and I take pride in being the go-to person for decision making and support advice. I’m responsible for a large portion of any technical writing and documentation that is used by the college. My duties include everything from basic troubleshooting to group policy creation, to working with SCCM in deploying applications, operating systems, and performing auditing. I assist staff, faculty and students with any technical problem they may have and work with them to better understand technology.

My hobbies include guitars and music as well as PC gaming. I enjoy working out, sometimes running and biking.
