A little about me:

From an early age, I always wanted to be like Jacques Cousteau, spending my time scuba diving and exploring the world underwater. Combined with my love of property investment, my passions earned me the title of The Property Mermaid. As our diving skills have developed Bob, my life partner, dive buddy and best friend, and I have increasingly turned our attention to photography.

For the last 4 years I have been on an amazing journey through the world of personal development, and property investment with plenty of fun and adventures along the way. I have learned a great deal by turning theory into practice and observing the results. This has enabled me to take these skills & work with clients that want to invest in property or improve their income.

The journey into property – I buy stinky houses!
I did not become a full time property investor until 2008. I am pleased to say that I own a significant portfolio that gives me the freedom to choose what I want to do.

My books Using Other People's Money - How to Invest in Property & Make More Money From Property; from investor thinking to a business mind-set are aimed at helping beginners & current investors.

I guide my clients to identify what strategies, actions and finances are required to achieve the financial future they want.

With the publication of my new book, Loran Northey, my business partner and I decided to create The Sourcers Apprentice offering resources, information and support to help people establish their own profitable property businesses.
