Melissa "Melly B." Butler is a writer, blogger, personality & liberal arts major at Medgar Evers College.
Melly B. is the CCO & Co-Founder of The Art Initiative, an organization built on the foundation of Art & the many creative facets used to broadcast it. There she helps create, coordinate, communicate & host events that shine a new light of creativity & originality in the world of arts & entertainment by providing artists more platforms for expression.
As an artist, Melly B. has performed & featured at numerous venues. Include the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) & international stages. She's been published in numerous poetic anthology's throughout her early teens & has traveled with her art, performing in venues throughout the United States & London.
